SLAB TONGS

Drafto manufactures mechanically operated and motorized Slab Lifters.

Slab Lifter Features:

• Automatic latch/cam assembly or motor driven.

• Tong is designed to pick slabs per customer's specs.

• Tong is constructed of high strength alloy steel plate.

• Tong is manufacted in accordance with ANSI/ASME B30.20 Spec. for below the Hook Lifting Device.

• Both lifting arms will contain a replaceable gripping shoe manufactured from alloy steel, heat treated 45-50 Rc.

• All tong arms rotate on pins machined from 4140 alloy steel.

• The lifting bail will be designed to fit the customer's existing hook.
